By submitting the payslip order form, I acknowledge that this sales is final. I also understand that the term 'payment before delivery' and the payslips will be delivered to my delivery address within 1 week after Creative Software receives payment.

Upon submitting your order, Creative Software will verify your orders and will send you Creative Software's Bank Info for your company to pay us the payment via GIRO. We will send you the bank details to your email address you provided above. If there's no email address above or we encounter an invalid email address, we will fax you the bank details. If there's no fax number or we are not able to get thru', we will call you at the Telephone Number (which is mandatory) provided above.
