Guide to Filling in Product Serial Number:
For customers who are unaware of their product serial number, we are providing the following ways where users can locate the number:

1. Check your latest Maintenance Billing Invoice for the intended product. Your Product Serial Number is indicated on it.

2. Open the license file <creasoft.lic> with a text editor, eg. NotePad, where your company name and product serial number are stored. In most instances, your program is installed under <C:\Creasoft> directory, go to the folder <C:\Creasoft\Program> and locate the file <creasoft.lic>. If you'd installed in another drive (eg. X) and/or directory (eg. ABC), then locate the folder <X:\ABC\Program> for the <creasoft.lic> file.

3. Call us at 62780097, and press the number ' 0 ' to enquire your product serial number.
